Bid Date: 06/16/2015, 4PM Walk Through: 05/28/2015, 10AM – MAP Description: Project consists of a New Gen3 Honda dealership building, sprinklered, wood framed with steel moment frames around the front curtain wall windows.  This two-story building will be 9,352 sf with a footprint of 7,522 sf.  Work includes repaving the parking area and repaving the pre-owned car lot next to it.  The foundation is a post-tensioned raft slab foundation set on a 3’ deep layer of new gravel that will extend 3’ beyond the building walls.  Exterior finishes include a split-face concrete block base, EIFS wall finish, and ACM panels on the cylinder entry and canopies.  Interior finishes include sealed concrete floors in the Vehicle Delivery and Service Reception areas.  The main sales floor will have ceramic tile and carpet tile.  The second floor will have carpet tile and ceramic tile in the restrooms.  Painted exposed trusses will be used throughout with suspended ceilings in the offices.
