Description:
Schedule I - 1. Furnish and install new precast concrete wetwell, valve vault and flow meter vault. Wetwell will be 8-foot inside diameter and approximately 25 feet deep (inside).
2. Provide shoring, dewatering and excavation as required for installation of new wetwell, vaults, drains and pressure pipe.
3. Furnish and Install 6-inch and 8-inch ductile iron pipe, valves, fittings, and flow meter.
4. Furnish and Install new manholes and PVC pipe to convey sewage to new wetwell.
5. Furnish and Install three submersible centrifugal pumps, guide rails, VFDs, controls and appurtenances.
6. Construct new CMU electrical/control building and concrete flatwork.
7. Furnish and install natural gas fired stationary generator and automatic transfer switch.
8. Perform site work including a small cut and fill. Furnish and install small retaining wall. Provide AC pavement and crushed rock surfaces. Furnish and Install chain link and cedar board perimeter fence.
9. Demolition of existing wetwell, drywell, control building, electrical system and service, forcemainand influent pipe.
10. Provide new electrical installation including buried conduit, power and control wire, panels, power supply and other as required for a complete and operational installation.
11. Temporary pumping facilities, as required, to maintain operation of existing pump station during construction.
Schedule II – 1. Furnish and install approximately 523 lineal feet of 12-inch 3034 PVC sanitary sewer piping. Complete installation shall include, but is not limited to: trench excavation, connection to existing systems and complete testing of facilities.
2. Furnish and install approximately 850 feet of 8-inch HDPE using directional drill placement. Complete installation including bore bit excavation, pipe connections and complete testing of facilities.
3. Dig and replace AC pavement on Myrtle Crest Lane.
4. Temporary pumping facilities, as required, to maintain sewer service during construction.
5. Connection of new 8-inch HDPE forcemain to new pump station 8-inch DI discharge pipe.
