  • Description: The work includes the furnishing of labor, materials, and equipment for installation of the Park St: Sewer Main & Water Main Replacement Project. The project is located in Friday Harbor, Washington in San Juan County.The base bid project consists of constructing 1,950 lineal feet of new 8” SDR-35 PVC Sewer Main, 28 sewer lateral services amounting to 885 lineal feet of 6” SDR-35 sewer service pipeline, 8 – 48”ɸ sanitary sewer manholes, 585 lineal feet of new 8” C-900 PVC water distribution main, and reconstruction of 12 existing metered water services on a new alignment and installation of 1 fire hydrant, disinfection testing of the water facilities, air testing of sewer facilities and restoration of the roadway section with a combination of lignin & cold patch mix.

    The work of the base contract also includes temporary storm water BMP’s which must be in place and accepted before any other work is begun.
